Your Opportunity:
Reindl Bindery, a Taylor Company, is seeking new members to our growing production team in Germantown, WI. We have current openings for experienced Book Binder Operators. You will operate a finishing piece of equipment producing paper products according to job ticket specifications. You are responsible to approve or disapprove of the quality of finished jobs.
Your Shift:

• 1st Shift, 6am - 2pm
• Monday - Friday

Your Responsibilities:

• Have good attention to detail
• Prepare, operate, and adjust assigned machinery to specifications per customer work order
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and prepare for the next user
• Produce product to specifications by following all processes and procedures
• Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule, including grease, oil, cleaning. Document maintenance and cleaning on preventative maintenance sheet

You Must Have:

• Ability to set adjust machinery to required tolerances
• Mechanical ability
• Ability to communicate effectively with others (reading and writing)
• Basic math skills & ability to read measurements with a ruler
• Lift boxes and materials; must have the ability to lift 50 Lbs. on a regular basis

We Would Also Prefer:

• Production Experience
• Knowledge of bindery equipment including folders and collators to assist other bindery personnel with completion of jobs
