Your responsibilities will include the following:

• Address client help desk tickets
• Perform remote troubleshooting
• Record notes into the tickets
• Log all time into the ticketing system
• Identity problems and suggest improvements

Requirements of you:

• 3+ years experience as a help desk technician (preferably MSP experience)
• Driven to provide amazing customer service
• Diligent to follow processes and documentation
• Driven to learn and grow
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are a plus
