Currently seeking experienced legal professionals for a deposition summary service based in L.A. area who can summarize accurately and follow format and guidelines. MUST have excellent reading comprehension skills.

Ideal candidate is motivated, can work from home, has great communications skills, is available to work each and every week, is willing to learn CaseMap and Textmap if not already proficient, and is able to meet deadlines.

Perfect grammar, punctuation and computer skills with Microsoft Word (2010 or later versions ONLY, No WordPad allowed) and PDFs REQUIRED. Must be able to accept at least 4 transcripts per month. Please respond with a cover letter and resume attached. CaseMap and TextMap users a PLUS!

Currently, we are recruiting for flexible full-time or part-time contract work starting at $1.10/transcript page during the learning process of our format/guidelines, then increasing in the future up to $1.20, $1.30 up to and above $1.50/transcript page. This is not an hourly position; however, you decide how much to make by how many pages you can summarize for us, while setting your own schedule!

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $10,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Self-determined schedule
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Paralegal or Attorney: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
