Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced veterinary receptionist to become the next member of our growing team!

This is a part-time position, comprised primarily of Monday and Wednesday shifts (7:30am-5pm) and the occasional Saturday coverage (8am-noon). We’re offering a competitive hourly rate of $13-$16 based on experience, along with career growth potential, an excellent team culture, and flexible scheduling.

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in the veterinary field (small animal preferred, Impromed Infinity experience a plus!)
• Positive, outgoing team players with exceptional communication and multi-tasking abilities
• Detail-oriented individuals with great phone and office skills
• Self-starters who are outgoing and friendly and enjoy connecting with others
• Individuals who take initiative and are willing to help others in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable individuals who have excellent time management skills

Responsibilities:

• Client service and communication
• Collaboration with other team members
• Monitoring hospital flow and daily assignments
• Managing multiple phone lines and booking appointments
• Ensuring that the reception area of the hospital is always clean and presentable
• Attention to detail and awareness of surroundings, noticing areas of need within the practice
