Job description
Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking candidates for a client of ours here in Mentor. This company makes brush and maintenance products for the floor care, foodservice, and janitorial industries. As an extrusion assistant you would be measuring, cutting and packaging material once sent through the line. The ideal candidate will have experience using a fork-lift, able to take direction from lead operator, and flexibility however they are willing to train.
1st 7:00am-3:00pm
2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm
3rd shift 11:00pm-7:00am (Monday through Friday)
$16-$16.40/hr. based on shift

Job Requirements
Extrusion Experience (1 year minimum).
Experience using machinery (preferred).
Experience in a production atmosphere.
Ability to read measurements and multitask.
Ability to work independently and as a team.
Forklift experience (preferred)
Able to work consistently without scheduled breaks.
Candidates must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
Candidates must be able to pass a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
