Job Summary:
The Facility Attendant maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by requirements and business needs.

Skills/Qualifications:
Extract, initiate and complete work order request from work management system

Maintenance of Grounds which may include snow removal, mowing, trimming, weed spraying

Check lights and change bulbs if needed

Assist Maint. techs in repairs

Investigate trouble calls reported from customer

Unstop toilets and drains with plunger

Completes any daily paperwork required

Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager

Experience in Audio/Video installations

Wall mounting pictures, bulletin boards, displays, name plates or other similar items

Maintain building clocks

Skills/Qualifications:
Previous Facility Attendant experience preferred but not required

The ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 pounds and the ability to climb stairs as needed are required.

Must Past Extensive Background Check and Drug screen

Requires a driver license and clean driving record

Education: High school or equivalent

Work Authorization: United States (Required)
