Chapel Hill Elementary School
Facilities Manager*
Hours: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm*
Pay rate: $20.50 plus your current step
The Human Resources Department will post internal available custodial openings on the district home page. You must complete the internal application to be considered for this vacancy.
Chapel Hill Elementary School is a two-level elementary school with mostly carpet and some LVT and VCT tile, with a separate cafeteria and a new gym. This building is currently under construction to give Chapel Hill and up to date and fresh look.
The facility manager will be responsible for three eight-hour night custodians. The facility manager is responsible for a small run in the morning and all inside and outside building care, including mowing and snow removal. The facility manager will be responsible for the processing and accuracy of the payroll, supply budget, reports, personnel, and any other duties associated with a manager position.
Persons applying for this position must have a good attendance record, practice reasonable safety procedures, be motivated, be responsible, have the needed leadership abilities, and keep this building to the standards expected by the school district. Supervisor experience preferred. The facility manager will be under the direction of the Building Administrator, Enjoli Avila, and the Director of Custodial, Doris Farage.
This position will be open until Monday, May 15, 2023
