Description
The TFC Family Specialist provides clinical case management and therapeutic services to clients, the clients’ biological and treatment foster families, and coordinates adjunct therapeutic services. Responsibilities include completing assessments; developing, implementing, evaluating and revising individual treatment plans; documenting client and family progress; coordinating treatment teams and staff meetings; assessing, supervising, training and supporting treatment foster families. Supervision is provided by the Director of Foster Care Services and/or the Assistant Supervisor of TFC.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human service field with one year of experience providing casework services to children and families; or
- Baccalaureate degree in a human service field with one year of experience providing casework services to children and families; or
- Baccalaureate degree in any field plus two years’ experience providing casework services to children and families.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and driving record within guidelines established by YFT insurance underwriters.
