The role…The Field Recruiter will work in partnership with our District Managers and Human Resources Business Partners to fully understand our Store Management staffing needs, design and execute innovative recruiting strategies and tactics. You will identify, source/recruit, evaluate and present high caliber talent to our Ann Taylor and LOFT brands across the United States.
In this role you will…
Manage end to end recruitment process, including selecting and utilizing a variety of creative recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening resumes and applicants, conducting interviews, reference checking, feedback collection, and offer management process.
Build and nurture effective relationships across the field leadership groups, including the DMs, Store Management, and Human Resources Business Partners to help guide and influence, and efficiently drive the end to end recruitment process.
Creatively source high caliber candidates by maximizing a variety of networking channels including internal and external contacts and cold calling to build strong candidate pipelines across the US markets.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates; and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring mangers (DMs) to help ensure clear communications.
Facilitate and administer the overall interview, selection, and hiring process.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
You will have…
1-2+ years of talent acquisition experience recruiting for a large-scale, retail organization.
Demonstrated success hiring store managers in a high volume environment.
Experience effectively utilizing various sourcing avenues, including, but not limited to cold and warm calling, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, reputable job posting and resume mining sites, and social media platforms.
Ability to quickly build and develop effective relationships across key stakeholder groups.
Engaged communicator with strong listening, follow up and influencing skills.
Aptitude for continuous learning, curiosity and passion to build knowledge of the brands, product, our culture, store operations, and our customer.
Drive to succeed, resilient and adaptable to organizational shifts.
Organized and able to effectively use Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-sufficient and resourceful.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Where you will work…
We are open to a remote arrangement with some travel into our brand offices in NYC and within our regions across the US when necessary to include annual brand and regional meetings.
