Job description

KeyStaff is hiring for an entry level Filing Clerk in Austin, TX.

Pay: $16-17/hr – we offer weekly pay!

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process Daily Customer Requests
  • Instructs Customers on Request Procedures
  • Assists in Researching Requests We Are Unable to Process.
  • Compiles and Completes Daily Data Metrics and Reports
  • Reception Duties
  • May be required to perform basic filing duties including, sorting, filing, and refiling.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Six months to one year experience in office customer service, clerical, or administrative support work.
  • Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is generally preferred.
