Job description
The CFO Accelerated Development Program (ADP), part of the DTCC EDGE program (Exploration, Development, Growth, and Experience), develops a pipeline of talent across the CFO by providing exposure and foundational skills that prepare analysts for careers in Finance at DTCC. ADP is an investment in you to create and develop future leaders of the CFO organization.
Qualifications:
Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2023: Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Tax, and Information Technology
Must demonstrate superior analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Demonstrable leadership talent, e.g., managing a club or organization, volunteering, captaining a team. Show your ability to mentor, engage, and motivate colleagues
Communications skills, including written, oral, and presentation
Strong interest in the financial services industry, and a previous internship a plus
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
About the EDGE Program:
The DTCC EDGE Program provides accelerated development opportunities for recent university graduates in areas such as Risk Management, Internal Audit, Information Technology and Global Operations & Client Services. Through a robust curriculum, immersion in the day-to-day business and interaction with DTCC’s leaders, the EDGE Program enables early-career employees to build leadership skills and broaden their knowledge of DTCC and the industry.
