The Renaissance, an Eliza Jennings Community, is hiring a full-time Fine Dining Room Assistant Manager, at its Retirement Campus located in Olmsted Township. The Renaissance is located 3 miles south of Great Northern mall in North Olmsted.
Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Position Details:
This position provides support, guidance and training during Lunch and Dinner. Lunch is served from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Dinner is served 5:00-7:00 p.m.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Help prepare To Go dinner orders (approximately 50 deliveries per day) and will bartend as needed (mostly draft beers, wines and “on the rocks” drinks).
- Hands on dining support, bar inventory, and office support.
