Fine Dining Captains/Servers/Under Sommeliers

Grand Opening of beautiful waterfront restaurant in Lincoln Harbor (Weehawken) seeking core front of house team members to create a foundation for a sucessful hospitality team.

*Min 5 Years experience requested

Applicants should have an above average knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and beer. Experience with Sushi/Sake a plus but not required. Wine, Cocktail and Sake programs are advanced and will require (paid) in house training.

An adaptable and expansive personality is a must for our clientele. Ideal candidates would exhibit a thirst for knowledge and continued education in hospitality field, as well as well as a positive and collaborative attitude.

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience in high end casual or fine dining
• Excellent knowledge of food components and ingredients
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, & classic cocktail builds
• Computer literacy / Aloha (or Other) & OpenTable
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Sales skills, and an ability to guide guests through an extensive menu

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $50.00 per hour
