Masterson Staffing has partnered with a valued client in Delano, MN for Finishing Operators making Medical Devices in a clean room environment.

Job Duties:

The Finishing Operator follows processes to ensure parts meet the aesthetic and quality attributes as defined by our customers. Job involves use of a microscope to perform routine, repetitive checking of production parts and the performance of minor rework/repairs to identified defects using a variety of small hand-held tools.

Current Openings:

• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm $18.00/hour
• 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm $20.00/hour must be able to train on day shift.
• 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am $22.00/hour must be able to train on day shift.

Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
