Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university in health science, biology, anatomy, physical fitness or related field.
Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM); American Council on Exercise (ACE) or the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Preferred certifications include: Certified Personal Trainer, Health Fitness Specialist or Clinical Exercise Physiologist
3-5 years of experience of professional work experience in the fitness and health industry of which 3 of those years included a project management role.
Responsibilities:

Oversees Fitness Center operations and manages centers in a professional and safe manner, consistent with the terms of the contract.
- Supervises and directs all personnel to ensure compliance and that fitness centers and fitness staff offers excellent customer service to members and prospective members.
- Is responsible for program development, including health and fitness education.

Coordinates maintenance and repairs of equipment.
- Arranges for the acquisition and installation of new equipment.
- Oversees and prepares monthly reports, newsletter and other deliverables.
- Ensures that all deliverables due under this Contract are submitted timely and represent high quality work product.
- Directs and coordinates promotions, contests, and prizes (with OM).
- Provides exemplary customer service.
- Recruits and maintains members.
