iLoveKickboxing is looking for an experienced AM/Supervisor who is engaging, enthusiastic and has a dynamic, warm, and outgoing personality. Position Overview: The Fitness AM/Supervisor is responsible for consistently generating membership sales/new members into the facility through our sales process. Meeting and exceeding all key performance sales indicators for the studio, including memberships, package offerings, and retail sales. Along with assisting with monitoring daily functions of the studio and reporting back to the General Manager.

Essential/Daily Job Functions:
- Meet with potential clients for daily consultations to tour the studio, complete intake forms, and help establish fitness goals
- Clearly explain membership options to potential members and accurately complete membership agreements
- Work closely/oversee current staff to ensure in-studio operations and functions are being done/met
- Daily communication with the studio General Manager on all things in studio/sales
- Attend mandatory staff meetings once a week and M-F morning ILKB manager call (30 mins)
- Reach monthly sales and closing goals
- Promote the iLoveKickboxing brand and culture
- Build rapport with staff, members, and potential members
- Greets members and guests promptly and enthusiastically to create a positive and friendly visit
Position Requirements:
- Prior sales experience required
- Growth minded individual motivated by advancement opportunities
- Ability to overcome obstacles and handle adversity while remaining professional
- Able to follow instructions while also letting their personality shine
- Outgoing individual with the ability to start and hold conversations with Prospective Members and existing Members.
