$250 hiring bonus after the first 30 days!

We are looking for dependable, self motivated and hard working individuals to come join TEAM UPGRADE! Right now we are needing flooring installers / installation assistants / general laborers to help the installers perform their duties in a more efficient and timely manner. Year round work! If you are looking for more responsibility and want to learn the trade, we offer on the job training for those who are able to prove themselves throughout the 90 day probation period. Pay depends on your experience and your ability to learn. We pay overtime. We offer health, dental and vision insurance after 90 days. If you think you have what it takes submit your application and we will give you a call to set up an interview. Must be available for immediate hire! No experience, no problem, just must be willing to learn and work hard.

Responsibilities

Installation of hardwood, laminate and LVP/EVP floors. Assisting with the entire installation process including floor preparation, installing flooring, unloading material and site clean up. Follow instructions and be able to work as a team.

Qualifications

Must be able to communicate clearly and follow instructions while seeing the task through to completion. Installers must have a valid drivers license in order to drive our company vehicles to and from the job sites. Company trucks are provided to our lead installers. General laborers are just required to get to the shop each morning. A ride to the job site will be provided. Transportation home is your responsibility.
