Our Team:
Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Food Runner to join our dynamic Chemin a la Mer by Donald Link restaurant team. We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.

Your Job:

Are you excited about delivering the best Food & Beverage experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Food Runner position assists the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience ensuring all dishes are correctly prepared and presented. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Bussers to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

About You:

· Knowledge of MICROS preferred

· Previous Food & Beverage experience preferred

· General knowledge of food and drink menu

· TIPS and ServSafe certifications required

· Work authorization in the United States
