Legacy House of Spanish Fork in Utah is looking to hire a full-time Food Service Director to oversee our culinary and kitchen teams. This position earns a competitive salary of around $45,000/year, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR

As a Food Service Director, you are vital to the mission of our assisted living center. You oversee all culinary and food services, including meal planning, ordering, managing inventory, cooking, and serving. Ensuring the kitchen operates according to health codes and cleanliness standards also falls under your management. The delicious and wholesome food your team prepares helps our residents feel cared for and supported, which is our goal. Throughout mealtimes, you have the chance to interact with them and see the pleased smiles on their faces when they receive their meals. You love being part of a team that ensures a high quality of life for our assisted living residents!


QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FOOD SERVICE DIRECTOR

  • Knowledge of and experience with cooking food for large groups, meal planning, and managing inventory
  • Leadership experience

WORK SCHEDULE
