CSB of Middle Georgia is located in Dublin, Georgia, and the agency currently serves residents of Bleckley, Dodge, Johnson, Laurens, Montgomery, Pulaski, Telfair, Treutlen, Wheeler, and Wilcox counties in Georgia; and in our Ogeechee Behavioral Health Division, serving residents of Burke, Emanuel, Glascock, Jefferson, Jenkins, and Screven counties in Georgia. Responsibilities:

• Performs duties related to cooking, preparation, and temporary storage of food and beverages.
• Conducts meal service and distribution including the set-up and disassembly of dining areas.
• Maintains a safe, clean and sanitary work environment.
• Ensures food service equipment is properly operated and maintained.
• Performs administrative and record-keeping duties related to the food service operation.
• Compile daily meal census to keep accurate count of meals served.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper repair, meeting guidelines.
• Maintains kitchen in accordance with public health standards, and stores food and supplies according to food safety guidelines.
• Abides by the menus as posted. Keep emergency food supply as required.
• Records daily temperature logs for freezer and refrigerator, and assures expiration dates are kept on all items as indicated by food safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 Year Food Service experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.50 per hour
