Food Truck Support - NIGHT SHIFT

Do you like starting new things? Like getting in on the “ground floor” of new initiatives? Like working overnight? Then keep reading…We need people for overnight “Food Truck Support” position. This job would work approximately 9P until 11:30 PM.
Here’s a few highlights of the job:
nightly clean of our food truck (empty/clean equipment, wash truck dishes, etc.)- stock the food truck (cups, lids, beverages, etc.)
- bulk prep of produce and table prep of our salads/wraps (both for food truck and to get the store set for the day)
- fileting chicken (so we have all the chickens we need for the food truck and store the next day)
- help close the store at night

REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years old or older
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and to be on your feet for long periods of time
- ability to hear conversations (on telephone and in person)
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
