Supply Chain Operations Analyst/Manager remote based

Strong, growing company seeking a Supply Chain Operations Analyst/Manager that will help execute their business plan and is a steady force in the organization. This is a young, entrepreneurial company that has a vertically integrated supply chain selling a single ingredient product through multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and strengthen external and internal partnerships to deliver on expectations outlined in accordance with contractual obligations, aligning strategies and delivering results through collaborative execution and solid communication and establishing and tracking meaningful KPIs.

● Coordinate with supply chain partners and sales channels to ensure inventory flows efficiently to meet fluctuating demand

● Effectively manage projects and continuous improvement efforts to optimize systems, products and savings

● Ensure all packaging materials and raw goods are ordered efficiently, on budget and on time

● Develop and manage company quality systems, qualify new producers, certifications, laboratories. and vendor onboarding with supply chain partners both internally and externally

● Coordinate shipping for inbound and outbound freight with third party LTL partner

● Remove obstacles and barriers, manage major projects, help standardize and systematize work, and integrate all major functions of the business

● Coordinate with outside organizations to establish an independent, vertical, and regenerative global supply chain via developing relationships and partnerships

● Contribute ideas into the functional plans of the business, including but not limited to unique sales channels, cash flow (profitable growth), and heavy consumer and retailer education

● Resolve issues quickly and effectively - seeing real problems, being comfortable with conflict, calling out the problems, and solving the problems in a practical and healthy manner

● Respond to a limited volume of online customer service concerns

● Coordinate with the CEO on short and long-term company objectives

Qualifications

● You are a problem identifier and solver, and have done this in a previous organization

● Experience in establishing processes, procedures within a small company

● Motivated to engage a high performing team

● Passion for working for a purpose-led and legacy-minded organization

● Experience setting up and managing project management programs

● Strong organizational and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
