The Associate Guesthouse Leader is a visionary, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the RH Guesthouse Front Desk and Concierge. The ideal candidate is a seasoned and highly intelligent hospitality professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the highest level of privacy, security and safety for all associates and guests
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and complex problem solving skills
  • Proactively oversee the development and standards of all client service related activity
  • Support Guesthouse Leader with attracting, retaining, coaching and developing a team of associates who don’t know what can’t be done

OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 - 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry with 2 years of experience leading a front desk team
  • Luxury hotel experience is strongly preferred
  • Degree in hotel management is a plus
  • Experience using with Hotel Property Management systems, Opera experience preferred
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights and travel occasionally
  • Multilingual candidates are desired

OUR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to work standing and walking for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
