Gold Gate Capital is looking for a reliable and dedicated Administrator to join our team in our LAX office.

Were looking for a reliable professional with expertise in customer service, answering phones and completing paper work with accuracy. You must have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Answer and transfer incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments
  • Assist with high volume of incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist all departments with miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications:

  • One year of reception/administrative experience
  • Calm demeanor; able to handle pressure with ease
  • Personable and customer service-oriented
  • Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with speed and accuracy in daily operations
  • Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Consistent attendance, must be punctual and reliable

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time.
  • Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and other third-parties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
