Colonial Assisted Living is actively seeking a Receptionist/Concierge to join our rapidly growing team! Join our team with a common mission of industry excellence in senior living. This opportunity is fit for a “people person” with excellent customer service qualities and effective front desk presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Greet all visitors and guests in a professional and timely manner
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and ensure that support is provided or redirected to the appropriate department or staff.
• Respond to the needs of residents, families, and vendors with priority
• Maintain the lobby area and answer general questions from future residents or other sources.
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties for the community.
• Ability to multitask, provide excellent communication, and SMILE.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of relevant experience preferred
• Excellent phone skills, helpful attitude, and friendly personality
• Strong organizational skills, execution and follow through on task
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Strong Computer and internet skills. Microsoft Word/Office a plus
• Monday-Friday but available if needed for weekends and holidays
• Must enjoy working with seniors and ideally have some experience in this related industry
• bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
