We are a highly trained team that has been providing healthy-aging medical services since 2014. Now serving two locations in two clinics: Denver and Wheat Ridge.
Cunningham Clinic is growing! We are seeking to add a Front Desk Receptionist to our Denver team! The Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role as the face of Cunningham Clinic's busy clinic. The Front Desk Receptionist creates a welcoming and comforting environment for our patients to provide high quality care. The ideal candidate for this position would have a friendly smile, upbeat personality, and exceptional customer service skills.
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for checking patients in and out, managing calls from patients and referring physicians, scheduling, processing referrals, and other healthcare activities. The Front Desk Receptionist actively manages patient needs and ensures a seamless end to end scheduling experience. Additionally, Cunningham Clinic maintains an online store and the Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for processing orders, restocking inventory and fielding questions/concerns from online clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred.
- Phone, scheduling or call center experience preferred.
- One to two years of healthcare experience preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and providers.
- The ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to excel in a team-based environment.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (Advanced Spanish language/native Spanish speaking preferred)

- Check patients in and out of clinic.
- Collect payments.
- Answer phones, check voicemails, and respond to patients in a timely manner.
- Process online orders.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of clinic offerings both in person and online.
- Schedule appointments.
- Send out patient paperwork.
- Other duties as assigned.
