Front Desk Receptionist--Hiring Immediately
Summary:
This position is responsible for creating a pleasant welcoming atmosphere to all visitors and staff. You are the “face” of the company and responsible for the first impression we make. This person is required to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance and must possess a friendly and welcoming personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. A customer-oriented approach is essential and this person must be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. The goal is to make guest and staff feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
As a receptionist this job will require heightened organization, multi-tasking capabilities and strict confidentiality. The ability to prioritize tasks and make optimal use of your time is essential. Any one of the other office staff may require assistance at any time with any number of duties.
Job Duties:
General Administrative Duties
- Maintains security by following procedures
- Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism
- Greet and welcome visitors; answering or referring inquiries
- Compile lists for errand requests and provide to specified “Runner”
- Assure all forms are updated and make copies as needed
- Consumer/Billing
- Keep an inventory of office supplies, PPE, place orders for homes and distribute when they arrive
- Prepare PPE upon request
- Complete the banking at the end of the business day
- Prepare Employee Birthday cards monthly
- Prepare, sort, organize and distribute mail including taking out mail at the end of the day
- Order flowers and arrange lunch for special events
- Compose professional letters as requested
- Assist April with personal items as requested
- Assist co-workers with special projects
- Billings with Autumn as requested
- Housekeeping
- Prepare coffee
- Empty dishwasher and clean kitchen nightly
- Ensure a clean and tidy work place
- Stock bathrooms and copy machines weekly
Other duties as requested and or needed

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
