$14.00-$15.00 per hour BASED ON EXPERIENCE!

Front Desk Receptionist - Training Provided

- Data Entry and basic knowledge of Excel and Word required.

- Must be able to answer multi-line phone system and directing calls to appropriate extensions.

- The ability to multi-task is important.

- Strong grammar and communication skills.

- Must be able to take detailed messages with legible writing and extensive detail.

- Medical billing or physician's office EXPERIENCE is a plus but NOT REQUIRED.

- Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT Codes is a plus but NOT REQUIRED.

- Motivation, a positive attitude, friendliness and a willingness to learn is essential.

- Assist medical billing department with claim status lookup and documentation.

- You will be working full-time at our office so dependable transportation is required.

- Pay increase possible after your 90 day evaluation.
