Full Job Description
Metropolitan Ob/Gyn, PA is seeking a highly motivated individual for front-end reception. Multitasking is essential, work well w others, and consider yourself a team player.
- Must be able to handle phone volume, triage patients
- Promptly and professionally answers telephone calls as well as retrieves messages. Route calls appropriately and redirecting calls as needed
- Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Assists patients with the sign-in process.
- Responds promptly to patient’s needs.
- Perform registration functions for new and existing patients.
- Schedule patient appointments per guidelines given and finalize patient schedules for previous day.
- Manages patient check-in process.
- consistently and courteously obtains and verifies required demographic information
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all patients.
- Other duties as assigned.
