A private members club nestled at the base of the Bird Streets. We will operate as a resort without rooms, where world class art and wine are the backdrop to elegant service. The venue consists of a grand dining room, classic sushi bar and timeless rooftop. We cater to a highly unique and diverse member base. There are no applications.
ROLE SUMMARY

The Bird Streets Club is seeking a hardworking Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate possesses a guest first attitude, strong commitment to service, and excellent communication. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented, and encourage a hospitality driven environment. Open availability preferred.

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Greets and checks in all members upon arrival in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Responsible for the functioning of all front desk related operations of the club.
• Recognizes all members and maintains relationships for a friendly and hospitable experience.
• Handles all guest issues and complaints and escalates to management when needed.
• Communicates and assists all departments to create a cohesive group environment for quality service.
• Helps train and develop new staff members
• Assists in any member related questions and concerns regarding membership, venue, reservations, and services.
• Be knowledgeable about all facets of the club including but not limited to: concept, menu, reservations, hours of operation, history, and any club information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a full-service restaurant or a resort-style hospitality venue.
