Medical Massage Office Position: Front desk receptionist-coordinator

The Front desk receptionist-coordinatior responsibilities include the greeting all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding treatments, services and products, booking, changing all appointments, checking and check out the guest into computer system and charging for services performed. Prepare, filing intake forms.

Position requirements, duties and responsibilities:

1) must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.

2) must have enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills.

3) must possess math skills.

4) excellent communication, listening and computer skills.

5) accurately book, change appointments.

6) ensure that the check-in, check-out, payment process is handled.

7) acknowledge and greet everyone who enters, leaves the office and on phone callers.

8) provide callers and guests with detailed description of treatments, services, prices, hours of operation.

9) utilize computers with skills and proficiency, document guest information, electronic records, printing, filing and organize all documents.

10) actively promote treatments, services and products and find new clients.

11) maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and we'll organized office.

12) fold massage tables sheets, towels, cleaning of the office, stock supplies for guests and office area as needed.

13) stock office supplies, equipment .

14) must be able to work without constant direct supervision.

15) ability to perform the duties of the Retail consultant as needed.

16) ability promoting and selling office products, services, treatments including market research and advertising.

Experience requirements:

Experienced Front Desk receptionist-coordinator or customer service representative.

Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Excellent organizational & multitasking skills.

Strong attention to details.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour
