An immediate employment opportunity has become available for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to direct journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, clerical staff, full cycle A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Major responsibilities

• Prepare subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
• Assemble cash flow projections, as needed
• Make all cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
• Report on business license and gross receipts
• Administrate Accounts Payable
• Ready monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
• Supplementary assignments when necessary
• Record budget transfers
• Lead Accounts Receivable
• Group sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
• Maintain monthly accounting close
• Qualified in credit card management and reconciliation

• Strong analytical skills with ability to implement solutions and vendor management experience with good organizational skills
• Seizes opportunities to produce results without direct supervision
• Ability to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent, and to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment
• Considerable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
• Strong familiarity with VLOOKUP
• Knowledge of Accounting Control
• Foundational knowledge in Pivot Table
• Sales tax experience
• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement
• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
• 5+ years of related experience- Great written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
• Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
