Job description
Full Time Apartment Maintenance personnel needed for affordable housing community. $15-$17 per hour depending on experience. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, paid time off, gas and phone allowance, flexible schedule. Basic skills, basic tools and transportation required. Plumbing and General Repairs a plus but will train the right person. Must have valid driver’s license and pass criminal and drug screening. Salary based on experience.
