AM/PM/NIGHTS 1500 sign on bonus

Must have a High School Degree

Job Duties:

Assist residents with personal cares which may include all or some of the following: assist with showering, apply lotion, fingernail care, foot cares, medication administration, redirection of a confused resident, and other cares as assigned.

Assisted with dressing, grooming and oral cares as assigned.

Assist with hearing aids and glasses for residents.

Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.

Assist with treatments as delegated by the RN

Prepare meals in resident's apartment following special meal plans if instructed.

Take and record temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to RN per instructions.

Attend in-service training as assigned.

Follow cleaning schedule per shift worked.

Monitor and answer life line call system.

Cooperates with the dining services and provides general assistance with residents meals and clean up, may set tables, serve meals, clear tables and clean dining rooms after meals.

Maintain daily records

Assist with emergencies and with safety instruction for residents such as fire drill etc.

Answers telephone and assists guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
