Centre serves clients referred through contracts with the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), United States Probation and Pretrial Services, North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCR), North Dakota Department of Human Services (DHS), Veterans Affairs (VA), among others. As an employee of Centre, you will receive ongoing training in Core Correctional Practices, Motivational Interviewing, Nonviolent Crisis Prevention and Intervention, and numerous other areas that will allow you to develop the skills and confidence needed to become a successful professional in the field. Centre's training program and protocol adhere to the American Correctional Association's (ACA) Expected Practices for Adult Community Residential Services (4th Edition) standards. The ACA maintains the industry's best and most respected standards in community corrections.
The Community Service Program Supervisor is responsible for development and delivery of services for the Community Service Program and provides direct client services. The FTR Care Coordinator is responsible for providing direct case management and coordination services to Free Through Recovery (FTR) participants.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field and previous experience providing supportive services to individuals with serious behavioral health concerns and/or criminal justice involvement. This position requires effective communication in both written and verbal forms. All employees are required to uphold the mission and adhere to the core values of Centre in all their interactions with Centre clients, referral sources, and employees.
- Full-time (40 hours) Hours will vary between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. depending on client availability
Along with excellent training and experience, Centre offers competitive compensation and benefits that include:
- Pay: $17.75 to $25.00 per hour (depends on experience)
