Signal Energy Constructors is looking to hire 100 plus people for the Pearl River Solar project located in Morton, MS. We are hosting onsite interviews this week. We are looking for entry-level Laborers to General Foreman for Mechanical and Electrical activities.

This is a field-based, hands-on position in which successful candidates contribute to the construction of a solar field. This position supports the mechanical scope.

- Laser
- Pile Shakeout
- Pile Installation
- Pile Remediation
- Tracker Shakeout
- Slew Gear Installation
- Torque Tube Installation
- Drive Line Installation
- Motor Installation
- Huck & BOM
- MIB
- Damper
- Module Staging
- Module Installation
- Tracker QA/QC
- Module QA/QC
- SPC Controller
Skills/Abilities:
- Able to lift 50+ pounds
- Able to conduct repetitive actions, such as stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, and reaching
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Able to follow precise instruction and receive feedback
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to work well with others, including colleagues and supervisors
- Experience working on construction projects preferred
