BE RELAX is a Global International Spa located within airports around the world. We are a Paris born company looking to enhance our client’s journey through massage therapy and a wide range of specialized products to use while traveling.

We are seeking a General Spa Manager for our NEW spa in ATL/Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Duties of the a General Spa Manager include:

· Drive, monitor and analyze sales performance and productivity through weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs;

· Implement and monitor up-selling strategies to maximize spa and individual team member’s daily activity to reach their goals

· Promote and develop brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing and stock handling

· Coordinate and contribute to HR process through recruitment, onboarding/induction, performance management, disciplinary procedures, HR reports, payroll in compliance with the Corporate HR policies and procedures

· Set up efficient schedules according to the activity (dashboard, shift & FTE for instance) in order to ensure cost and guarantee a good productivity ratio

· Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits and reporting

· Follows all practice policies and protocols

· Provide comfortable, relaxing spa experience to clients

· Perform other duties as assigned

General Spa Manager Skills & Qualifications:

HAVE A PASSION FOR PEOPLE

· Hold a current state massage therapy license

· At least 1-2 years retail sales experience

· At least 2-4 years Spa/Massage management experience

· Strong leadership, organization, and communication skill

· Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

· Ensure compliance with all labor and state licensing laws and regulations in relations to business operations

· Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
