GLAS, the green coffeehouse, is a venture for Cellcom. The coffeehouses serve as a community gathering space with outstanding coffee and exceptional customer service. Glas is the gaelic word for green which reflects our dedication to the environment and our Irish heritage. We purchase green coffee beans and roast them in-house at our Glas Roastery to ensure the highest quality coffee is being served to our customers. Our importer works directly with the farmers through direct trade, which means we have more control over the quality of the coffee and are ethically supporting the farmers who grow and process our beans.

What you'll be doing:

Our baristas create a welcoming, comfortable environment for customers in shop by providing fast and friendly service, quality products and a clean, safe store environment. They also get to share their passion of coffee and emerging technology with potential customers.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors.
• Brew coffee, espresso, lattes, tea, and hot chocolate; and be knowledgeable about our offerings.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food items consistently by adhering to Glas procedures.
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment
• Keep the store clean
• Stock workstations and prep work
• Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:

You need to bring...

· High School Education or equivalent

It would also be helpful, but not required to have...

• Coffeehouse experience
• Completion of barista training class or possession of beverage operation license
