Experienced grading foreman, heavy equipment operators and laborers needed immediately for small to medium residential and commercial projects mostly in Concord and Cabarrus County.

Great opportunity for mature, safety conscious, team members with good communication skills.

Applicant for superintendent must be a safety conscious, career minded, experienced leader who is competent, efficient, and has strong knowledge of grading, and excavating,

Looking for dependable professionals with strong work ethic.

Foreman must have at least 3 years experience running jobs, making decisions, managing schedules, leading crew, shooting grade, operating heavy equipment, reading plans.

Must have valid driver's license, clean MVR, and background check, negative drug test. CDL a plus!

Pay rate is very competitive, depending on experience. Vacations, holidays, 401(k) and health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
