Alliance Ag & Grain LLC is hiring Operators to perform and direct activities within the Agronomy, Feed, Fuel, and Grain divisions at their assigned location, as well as provide maximum service to the customers of the company

Positions are available in the cities of Ashland, Belpre, Bloom, Centerview, Coldwater, Fowler, Greensburg, Haviland, Mullinville, Minneola, Protection, and Wright Kansas.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Must be at least 18 year of age

· Responsible for receiving, producing, processing, mixing, loading, unloading and delivery of all products and following directions accurately.

· Ensures good inventory control and product quality by conducting monthly inventory, monitoring product temperature and moisture, keeping work area clean along with completing proper paperwork.

· Responsible for inspecting, operating, maintaining, and repairing equipment and the facilities as qualified and coordinates with qualified technician to perform the needed tasks.

· Complies with all required local state and federal laws, safety, codes, regulations, and all other activities.

Physical/Work Environment:

· The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

· Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.

· May frequently need to climb ladders (may range from 20’ to 180’) and stairs.

· Frequently exposed to grain dust, moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat; toxic or caustic chemicals; and vibration.
