BRIEF COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Logo Mats, LLC is a division of Mountville Mills, Inc., headquartered in LaGrange, Georgia. The company is the premier supplier of floor mats to the promotional products and ad specialty industry. SALARY RANGE: Minimum of $18/hr, but based on experience and qualifications.
SUMMARY DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB: The primary responsibilities of this position are to create or duplicate designs based on customer submitted artwork or to revise of current designs based on customer feedback and as a result, artistic creativity is not required. Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is required. In addition, this position will be key in providing excellent customer service by answering art related questions via telephone and email. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of print work experience and be able to communicate to customers efficiently.

Applicants must be detail and task oriented, have a good attitude, the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks, and comprehend at a rapid pace. We are seeking a team player who is highly motivated and has a strong work ethic.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Creating new designs as needed
- Troubleshooting print/quality issues
- Answering the telephone
- Responding to customer e-mails
- Providing product information
- Supporting other team members when needed

QUALIFICATIONS: Intermediate to expert level skills using such programs as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. 1 - 3 years of experience is required. No relocation expenses will be paid.
WORKING HOURS: General office hours, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, plus occasional overtime. After completion of initial training process, a hybrid work schedule may be adopted. We offer staff the opportunity to work remotely from home 1-2 days per week.
