Reports to: Director of Gamblers Business & Promotions

DOL Status: Part-Time
Exemption Status: Hourly; Non-Exempt
General Summary:
The Green Bay Gamblers Hockey Club is currently accepting applications for game day staff. This position will start in September 2022 and run through April/May 2023. Candidates must be able to work game nights and weekends throughout the entire season. Applicants should possess excellent people skills, be reliable, timely, willing to learn in a fast-paced environment, and be eager to work in sports.
Job Functions:
- Work home games including any potential playoff games (mostly weekends and holidays).
- Assist with any pre-and post-game activities (Set up, tear down, giveaways etc.).
- Be able to work 10 to 20 office hours per week as needed.
- Be comfortable and proficient in handling cash and credit card purchases.
- Bartending skills a plus.
- Be outgoing and friendly to all patrons.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:
- Possess excellent communication and writing skills.
- Offer superior customer service.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
- A positive and professional attitude will be always expected.
