Coastal Collection is seeking an energetic, detailed oriented, customer service professional to join our Guest Service team.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and the aptitude to complete multiple administrative tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in the vacation rental or hospitality industry is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly learn our property management software are required.

This position is full time, year-round, 5-day work week which includes Saturdays and occasionally on call for after hours.

Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:

• Positive interaction with guests, owners, and other employees
• Greeting visitors and answering phones at the reception desk.
• Learning and understanding the aspects of each of our rental homes to make recommendations that fit each client's needs.
• Booking reservations, collecting payment, and sending rental contracts to vacationers.
• Documenting and resolving issues from guests and homeowners.
• Communicating issues and requests to maintenance and housekeeping by creating work orders.
• Report directly to the Director of Property Management
