Cambridge Park Condominiums is located in San Antonio, TX.
Our work environment includes:

This is long-term contract position in building maintenance. You will help us keep our building and facilities in working order, including general building maintenance tasks, rubbish and debris pickup and other maintenance projects as they arise. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a flexible schedule.
This position requires you to be onsite 2-3 days per week, for a total of 8 hours per week.
Requirements and Skills
- Reliable transportation
- Good communication ability
- Able to perform a variety of maintenance duties with skill
- Adept in handling preventative maintenance, basic repairs, cosmetic upkeep
- Ability to handle power tools and some maintenance related machinery
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- San Antonio, TX 78216: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
