Creswell School District is seeking a Head Junior Vasity Boys Soccer Coach to join the outstanding coaching staff at Creswell High School.

Position open until filled. Applicant screening begins immediately.

Stipends will be paid at the end of the fiscal year, actual dollar amount will be determined on experience and once all fees and fundraising activities have been collected and completed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• NFHS Coaches Certification
• High school Graduate
• Previous successful coaching experience
• Skills in working positively with adolescents
• Understanding of successful teaching strategies
• Good communication skills
• Successful completion of fingerprint screening
• First Aid CPR training

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Teach fundamentals of soccer
• Plan and supervise practices and games
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and school personnel

GENERAL AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Assume a supervisory and teaching role with athletes
• Design practices to build game skills and strategies
• Cooperate with CHS faculty and staff
• Oversee high school soccer program

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• High school teaching experience
• High school varsity Soccer experience
