WLNC is headquartered in San Francisco and has already raised $3M. The investment round was led by Mantis Venture Capital alongside with K5 Global, Liquid2, CapitalX, Gaingels and Abe Burns.

How does it work?

We provide a robust matching process and a fixed monthly fee for no-code development of your product. Kick-off with your idea and tell us what you want to build. We'll handpick no-code experts for you (no-code devs, designers, PMs) and will agree on a rough timeline & roadmap, and a fixed monthly fee for development. You'll track our daily progress and chat with your no-code team via our platform. And we will make sure everything is on track

Who we're looking for?

We are looking for a Head of No-Coders, who will be in charge of our community.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and managing our developers community. Working on the acquisition, engagement and retention of our no-coders.
• Making sure that the quality of performance of our no-coders is maintained on a high level.
• Mentoring no-coders, keeping their professional level high, encourage their continuous learning.
• Working on automatisation of all processes.
• Developing an assessment system, writing regulations, creating SLA for communication with customers.
• Come up with crazy ideas to drive 10x growth of our community.

What skills and experience do you need?

• You have experience building and managing a structure, that allowed to manage a big number of technical people in a service-based marketplace (10k+ people).
• You know how to attract developers to join our community and how to engage them.
• You have passion to build and win.
