Position Summary...
What you'll do...
This position will require you to complete a 2-week training on-site at 6910 E Chauncey Ln Suite 220, Phoenix, AZ 85054. After that, you will be allowed to work from home.

Our team's goal is to remove the day-to-day administration components of the process to allow our providers to focus on providing white glove care to our patients and communities.
What you'll do...
This role operates in a similar capacity to the front desk of a walk-in medical clinic. Tasks include processing incoming patient requests via phone and a proprietary EMR system, making outbound calls to gather missing patient information, connecting patients with available providers, and serving as the primary contact for non-medical support requests for patients, third-party agents, providers, and pharmacies. The candidate will be responsible for accurate documentation, efficient call behaviors, responsive communication, and multi-tasking within a high-volume call center environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, the candidate will maintain a professional demeanor, HIPAA compliance, and high personal integrity regarding assigned work and operating within a team environment. Additional projects may be assigned based on business needs and candidate skills.

Minimum Qualifications
- One - Two years of customer service experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
- You must reside within 50 miles of 6910 E Chauncey Ln Suite 220, Phoenix, AZ 85054

- You have good communication skills (able to speak and write well English)
- Basic knowledge in the medical field or have medical background.
- Computer skills including basic troubleshooting and a multi-screen, multi-system workspace; able to type 32-45 WPM
- Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
- Excellent notation and task organization skills
