• Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service through active listening
• Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive
• Appropriately communicate with customers

Qualifications

What We’re Looking for

• 6 months customer service experience minimum
• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer system
• Proven oral & written communication skills

What We Prefer

• 6 months Call Center experience
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills

Job requirements

• Environmental Requirements Include: 1. Internet Access; Minimum of 12 mbps download and 1 mbps upload speed 2. A quiet, professional work space free from distractions 3. Modem firewalls should be disabled for proper VPN and product access

Technical requirements

Please ensure that you have a working webcam, microphone, and internet connection. Make sure to test these prior to the interview.
