Mercy Community Healthcare is looking for a Healthcare Quality Data Administrator. This role will assist in providing day-to-day operational support related to health information, data, population health management and quality reporting.

What Is This Job All About?

• Create and maintain quality management dashboard audits by:
  • Analysis of internal HEDIS and CMS metrics to evaluate current workflow process
  • Implementing and monitoring PDSAs to improve quality metrics such as Breast Cancer Screening
  • Conducting assessments of QI programs; data collection, chart auditing, health stratification
  • Patient Outreach; Admission, Discharges and transfers, Attributed patient outreach
• Ensuring quality management systems (dashboard, surveys etc.) effectively measure, evaluate, and improve the quality and performance of patient care, programs, and operations.

What We Need from You:

• Bachelors' Degree in health administration or other related field required. Or Minimum of one (1) year professional experience in healthcare.
• Experience in Quality Improvement in primary care setting
• Quality management dashboard audits
• Loop and gaps in care closure
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• EHR experience preferred
• Experience working in or with a community health center
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
