Position Summary:
Provides support to all staff in Quality Improvement HEDIS Department. Responsible for the processing of all data collection information for Registered Nurse review reporting, including all aspects of documentation and delivery. Gathers, prepare and distribute data collection materials, and prepare and closely monitor the status of incoming and outgoing faxes.

NOTE:
Temporary help needed due to annual audit and workload overflow. This is a REMOTE, work-from-home, position.

Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 - 5:00
Location: REMOTE
Responsibilities:
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
  • Responsible for processing all incoming faxes and sending some outbound fax requests used for HEDIS, VBP and STARS data reporting
  • Provides support for all Internal staff used for HEDIS data reporting
  • Responsible to assist all staff of the Quality Improvement HEDIS team including but not limited to: Requesting medical records, pulling medical records from an electronic
medical record or state source systems for Registered Nurse review, contacting provider offices for updated office information, as well as appropriately saving and uploading
medical records received via fax or mail, and following all Compliance rules related to protection of PHI
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of office experience
  • Excel, Microsoft Office, teleform (they will train)
  • Punctual, reliable, independent worker, cordial and professional phone etiquette
Required Lice nsure, Certification, etc. (due to contract regulations):
Must be American Citizen
